The intervention on this apartment has brought about a radical transformation, with a complete renovation that reimagined the existing space through an entirely new design based on a contemporary and functional approach.

The previous layout, fragmented into small rooms, has been completely overhauled to create a large, fluid, and harmonious space. This open space is envisioned as a domestic urban landscape, organized into distinct functional areas, yet without physical partitions.

Each functional area is defined by specific color palettes and materials, allowing for seamless transitions between spaces without the need for dividing walls. Warm tones and natural materials, such as wood and stone, contribute to creating an environment that is both welcoming and sophisticated, where comfort and elegance coexist in perfect harmony.

Adjacent to the main apartment, a studio serves as a satellite space while maintaining a strong aesthetic connection with the primary unit.
Here too, warm tones and natural materials dominate, reinforcing the dialogue between the two spaces.
